Trophy/Awards Collection Day – Saturday 31st October at MacKillop Oval Clubhouse

Hi Colties
We’ve had to review how we can best get all the trophies to players and not get in trouble for COVID breaches. Unfortunately this year its a trophy/awards collection day as opposed to a Presentation day. Due to the size of the clubhouse and needing to be compliant with social distancing, only the smaller mini teams will be able to have a parent in the room when their coach presents their award. When awards are presented to Mods and International teams, only the team and their officials will be allowed in the clubhouse. If the teams then want to have any photos with their awards and share this with families, they can move down to an open area on the field so we can remain COVID compliant.
Teams should arrive 10 – 15 minutes before their scheduled trophy collection time and entry to the Clubhouse will be via the oval facing doors. It will be one team to enter at a time. Teams will enter the clubhouse, the coach will then hand out the trophy and other awards and then the team will exit the carpark facing door. Its recommended that teams don’t congregate just outside the exit door. Feel free to move down towards the toilet end of the clubhouse or onto one of the open areas on the field. Once again we sincerely apologise for this inconvenience but we need to avoid any potential COVID breach and possible club fine.
Where multiple teams are listed for a scheduled time, the teams should enter in order as listed e.g. 11:15 Age U11, U11 Division 1 enters first followed by U11 Division 2 only after the U11-1’s team have exited the clubhouse.

Colts AGM (Annual General Meeting) – Monday 2nd November @ 7pm – MacKillop Oval Clubhouse

The Kincumber Colts Juniors AGM (Annual General Meeting)  will be held on Monday 2nd November at 7pm in the MacKillop Oval Clubhouse.

 

All positions are available and If you’d like to be part of a great family orientated club, come down and join the Juniors committee where our goal is to provide the best for our players and members.

 

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

 

As volunteers, more hands make the job easier.

 

Colts Presentation Day – Saturday 31st October – MacKillop Clubhouse

Due to COVID we are unable to host our annual Presentation Day at the Davistown RSL. With restrictions around gatherings and social events our only option  is to have a trophy only presentation (pickup) at our Clubhouse on Saturday 31st October.
We are looking at kicking this off from around 9am, while still needing to adhere to COVID restrictions. The plan will be for teams to come through the clubhouse at staggered times, pick up their awards and then leave. We acknowledge its not ideal but its our only option of getting awards distributed to everyone. Players in line for awards such as 10 years’ service, 100/150 games or a perpetual trophy etc. will receive this award during their team presentation.
It’s only a small area inside the clubhouse so its going to be restricted to the players and officials in the individual team and up to 2 parents/guardian per player. We are also going to need people to complete COVID attendance sheets, one person per household. We will have a table at the entrance for this to be completed.
As soon as the times are confirmed we will share it with team managers, on our Facebook and Colts website. Please note that it will start at the U6’s and progress through the teams to U17’s. We are also hoping to have all photos available, however the yearbook looks like it won’t be available on the day but we’ll work on getting it to team/players as soon as its been printed.
Stay tuned for confirmation of times for each of the ages/teams.
The club apologises for not being able to host our normal presentation day activities which is due to COVID compliance requirements.

Team/Individual/Sibling Photos are scheduled for our Round 10 home game at MacKillop Oval. Information has been shared with our coaches and managers but please refer to the link for your teams photo time.

Weather permitting, teams are required to assemble at the top training field up near the basket ball courts at MacKillop Oval a few minutes before their designated times. All players should be in their run on playing gear.

Colts Club Photos – Saturday 19th & 26th September @ MacKillop Oval

Hi Colties, just an update on the club photos. The photographer has been out to oval and weather permitting, has selected a nice outdoor setting for the Team and Individual photos. People can now purchase their packages online from today.

  3. Click on ADD ORDER, input the players details, select your team and then select your package
  4. When finished, click on SAVE MY ORDER
  5. Add YOUR DETAILS, select your PAYMENT TYPE, click on PURCHASE and highlight RETURN PRINTS TO CLUB
  6. This will then direct you to add your Credit Card or PayPal details and click on Pay

Sibling photos are available and can be done in conjunction with team photos. The siblings just need to attend one of the team photo times dressed in their Colts gear. Once the draw for Round 10 is available we will let everyone know their photo times.

 

Final Series Information & Spectator Restrictions

The CCDJRL will be holding the Semi Finals, Finals & Grand Finals at the Central Coast Regional Sporting & Recreational Complex, Morry Breen Complex & Central Coast Stadium. International Semi Finals will be on the Saturday (26th September) & Mods & Girls on the Sunday (27th September) in week one. All Finals will be played on the following Saturday (3rd October) with the Grand Finals Saturday 10th October & Sunday 11th October. The draw structure will be released soon.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 pandemic the division has needed to be strict on numbers at the venue to keep in line with the maximum numbers allowed. For the first two weeks each team participating will receive one ticket for each player to give to a Parent/Carer & 5 tickets for the Coaching/support staff. No other person/s will be allowed entry. Teams and Spectators will be required to warm up, play and leave. There will be areas set up and gaps between games to help with this. Grand Finals will be reviewed dependant on the next update when received from NSW Health & NSWRL. The situation is subject to change.

Colts Sponsors Night Cancelled – 5th September 2020

We have recently been advised by Davistown RSL that due to COVID-19, additional restrictions have been placed upon the venue, including a significant reduction in attendance numbers and strict social distancing requirements.

After careful consideration, regrettably we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel this years Colts Sponsors Night which had been booked for the 5th September 2020.

The decision was made in the best interests of our members, sponsors and the club hosting the event.

Refunds are currently being organised for those who had pre purchased tickets to the night.

We’d like to thank our sponsors for their ongoing support of the club and we are hopeful of being able to host our Colts Sponsors night next year.
